Shipping
: We currently ship all of our items directly from our suppliers in China using various shipping methods. As a standard, we aim to process your order within 2-3 days & deliver all orders to any of the countries/regions below between 15-35 days from first placing your order (Sometimes sooner).

We will deliver your item(s) to your door as quickly and as efficiently as possible. We will regularly update you via email as to the progress/status of your order.

- Middle East (Only Israel, UAE)
- Asia (Only Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea & Hong Kong)

Note: A standard shipping fee of $4.95 will be placed on each order below $50 to cover the shipping cost. Spend over $50, and shipping is completely free.

Returns & Refunds: To initiate a return/refund request, please email info@truthnaked.com or fill out a form on our contact us page.


Replacements:

If you experience any of the problems below, we'll be happy for you to return the item for a replacement of the original item.

- Item lost in transit.
- Damaged or broken item.
- Arrived item different from the item you ordered.

In such case, if you're located anywhere but the UK, we'll ask you to either keep the void item or kindly dispose of it and wait patiently for the replacement. If you're in the UK, we'll provide details via email on how & where to return the item.

We will also need you to provide an image of the item to prove it meets the above criteria. Otherwise, we will not ship a replacement.


Refunds:

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, so if you are dissatisfied with your item within 30 days after the product arrives, we're happy to issue you a full refund. We'll ask you to explain in depth why you're asking for a refund and will be subject to a decision. Under no circumstance will we refund your item if no reasonable explanation is provided.
