Q: Do you offer refunds if my item arrives damaged?

A: If your item arrives damaged, we will first ask you to provide proof after which we'll immediately ship a replacement item and ask you to kindly dispose of the damaged item (Unless you're in the UK).

Q: How does your 30-day money-back guarantee work?

A: If after 30 days of receiving your item, you are dissatisfied, with a reasonable explanation, we will consider issuing you a full refund on your order. We will only consider reasons that seem genuine. We will refuse anyone who we believe to be abusing this system.

Q: How long will my item(s) take to arrive?

A: Currently, it will take 15-35 days for your product to arrive from the moment of purchase (Sometimes sooner). If, after 45 days, your product has yet to arrive, please contact us here, and we'll investigate.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, If you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason, please let us know within 24 hours after making the purchase, and we'll cancel your order and issue you a full refund.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: In order to track your order simply go to this page and enter the order number and email address for the order you wish to track. Your order number can be found after checking out or within any of the shipping update emails we send after purchase.

A: Our product selection is currently produced in China, and we ensure all items we sell are checked for quality and safety. We only sell products that are of the highest quality and pass the required safety testing.
